PokeHöllin ehf. reserves the right to cancel orders, e.g. due to incorrect price information or to stop offering product types without notice. The right to confirm orders by phone is reserved. All prices in the online store include VAT.

Product delivery

All orders are processed the next business day after order. If the product is not in stock, an employee will contact you and provide an estimated delivery time for the product. For all orders distributed by Iceland Post, Iceland Post's delivery, warranty and transport terms apply to the delivery of the product. Accordingly, PokeHöllin ehf. bears no responsibility for lost shipments or damage that may occur to the product in transit. If a product is lost in the mail or damaged after it has been sent from PokeHöllin ehf. to the person concerned, the damage is the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All product purchases are sent by Iceland Post and there are three options for customers: Home delivery, to a Póstbox or sent to the Post office. Shipping costs are charged in accordance with what was selected when confirming the purchase of the product. If you shop in the online store for 20,000.- kr. or more, shipping costs are waived and this also applies throughout the country.

Payment methods

Exchanging and returning products

The right to exchange is valid for products purchased in the Poke.is store, as long as the product and / or its packaging are in their original condition and the product is returned within 14 days. When returning products, you can receive a credit note, but only if the product is in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. The products can be returned to PokeHöllina in Glæsibær, but if the product is sent by mail, the customer pays the shipping costs of the return. When returning a product, its original price is taken into account, unless the product in question is on sale or on offer when returning products. In that case, the price of the product on the day it is returned is taken into account unless the customer can show a receipt for the product purchase.

Defective product

If a product is defective, we reserve the right to check whether the product can be repaired or repaired. If the product in question cannot be repaired or repaired, the customer can request a credit or refund. Otherwise, reference is made to the Act on House-to-House and Distance Selling Contracts No. 46/2000 and the Act on Consumer Purchases.

Security Terms
